I’ve decided to give the Special K diet a go so for the next 2 weeks it’s Special K, Special K, Special K all the way for me! I’ve read some really mixed reviews on this diet so I thought I’d try it out for myself and so far so good…Anyone wanting to take a look at a Special K Diet Review for themselves, take a look and let me know what you think. I thought I’d get bored of it pretty quick but I’ve got to say, once you get past the first few days the Special K diet is actually an ok diet to follow. I’m not sure I’m really losing weight and other people I have spoken to who have already tried and tested the Special K diet have said that it works whilst you’re on the diet but once you back to your ‘normal way of eating’ the weight goes straight back on but we’ll see. I’ll keep you posted!
