One Week to 50!

Ok so I have one week to go and have got my weight down to 103.6. Not bad I hear you cry. Well thank you, I think I have done well.

I have not lost a lot of weight; just less than two kilos, but that is five pounds. The good thing is that it is staying pretty level, without too much effort. I notice that if I have a bad day the weight will go up, so it just means eating a bit less the following day. I do not think of it as a diet, it is just sensible eating. I would like to lose more, but I know that will involve exercise and to be truthful, I just don’t fancy it.

This week will be hard, I have a birthday lunch and dinner to go to. However I am looking forward to it, if I put on a few pounds, so what, I will lose it the following week and I am determined to get to a comfortable weight.

This brings me on to another point; if you read the books I should weigh about twelve and a half stone. That is just not right, I would look ill!

My advice to anyone reading this, is to find a level that you can live with and then chip away. It can be done, I am proving it. Some people will say that is not a great weight loss, but who am I doing this for? ME!

Be true to yourself and remember we only visit this world once, so make the most of it.
