Do diet pills work?

My friend asked my today if I knew of any diet pills that work? Well yes I do. In fact it would appear I have become the font of all knowledge for friends trying to lose weight. I have no idea why I have become such an authority on weight loss but I suppose when you’re surrounded by people trying to lose weight and trying every method under the sun, you pick things up including the knowledge of diet pills and whether they actually work.

Several weeks ago I was reluctant to even talk about diet pills let alone fill my conversations with thoughts of slimming pills as I wasn’t wholly convienced diet pills were safe. But now several weeks down the line I’ve actually become quite open to thought of slimming pills and the quite open to the thought of people using diet pills, especially if diet pills actually work!

There aren’t many slimming pills out there which give amazing results and I have honestly come to the conclusion it’s a case of trial and error. Anyone wanting to try diet pills and wanting to find a diet pill that works will need to find a pill to suit their needs and their weight loss goals.

Do Hoodia slimming pills work?

Hoodia Gordonii is one of those which we’ve heard works. Although I’ve not previously tried Hoodia Gordonii I have spoke to people who have and they are impressed with the results. They all lost weight but – word to the wise – Hoodia can be expensive however it is readily available and you may find it cheaper to buy online than down the local highstreet.

Are there any other slimming pills that work?

We’ve also heard great things about Ephedra based slimming pills are used by atheletes as well as slimmers and dieters alike. It’s claimed Ephedra is one of the most successful fat burners and appetite suppressants available, although there are apparently side effects.

And finally Lipovox which was discovered by a student on a detox! This supplement is great for weight loss and we’ve been told it works.

Anyone taking slimming pills whether they are prescription slimming pills or otherwise, will more than likely notice rapid weight loss over a short period of time. However, if you want my advice, if you’re contemplating diet pills make sure you’ve tried every other route possible and ruled it out. Losing weight through the use of a pill can be encouraging as you lose weight quickly but it’s not sustainable and will will regain the weight quickly.

If you’re think you need a kickstart to your weight loss then why not try a healthier alternative such as the Special K Diet, you’ll lose weight within just 2 weeks.
